Where Site Access Comes From
- Employment Hero
- Tanda
- Deputy
Sites come from source locations used for the approved rollout. Memberships come from source site access.Default mode: Initial Primary Only. This seeds first access and leaves ongoing site access managed in Mitti.
Shared Settings
Sync Mode
Available for all three providers. Choose who should own ongoing access, not just where the first assignment comes from.Mirror Source
Use this when the source should be authoritative. Missing memberships are added, and access no longer present in the source can be removed unless Skip Removal is on. For example, moving a person from Location A to Location B can add B and remove A. Confirm the source assignments are complete before allowing removal.Add Only
Use this when the source should add access while your team manages removals in Mitti. Missing memberships are added, but existing access is not removed by this sync. Moving from Location A to Location B can therefore leave the person with both sites until your team reviews A.Initial Primary Only
Use this when the sync should provide first access only. It adds the first or primary source site only if the Mitti user has no site memberships. Later changes remain manually managed in Mitti. If the person already has any Mitti site membership, this mode does not replace or extend their access from subsequent source changes.Skip Removal
Default: Off for new Tanda and Deputy configurations; on for Employment Hero’s initial-access default. In Mirror Source, turn this on to retain Mitti memberships that disappear from the source. Leave it off only when those removals should be applied. It protects against removals by this integration, not changes made elsewhere. In Add Only and Initial Primary Only, it is always on and cannot be switched off. When switching back to Mirror Source, check the saved value instead of assuming removal has been enabled.Tanda Only
Location Source
Default: All Departments. This selector appears only for Tanda Location Memberships.- All Departments: A person receives source Location membership through each Department staff list they belong to. Use this when people legitimately work across multiple Departments or Locations.
- Primary Report Department: Use only the person’s primary report Department to determine their source Location. Use this when that Department is the intended source of site access.
