Connect Providers

Each organization needs one source provider and one Mitti connection. Complete connection work with an authorized account for the exact source organization and Mitti organization you intend to sync.

Before You Connect

Provider	Prepare
Employment Hero	An account that can authorize read access to the intended organization, employees, teams, and user details. If the account can access several organizations, be ready to select one.
Tanda	An account that can approve the access shown on Tanda’s authorization screen and can access the intended organization, users, Departments, and related workforce records. If several organizations or user contexts are returned, be ready to select the correct pair.
Deputy	An account for the intended Deputy tenant that can complete OAuth authorization. The completed connection must return the tenant endpoint.
Mitti	An API token created in Settings > API Access for Bravas Sync. The platform validates it with a read before encrypting and storing it.

Verify the organization or tenant before approving access. Reconnecting replaces the saved credential for that provider. Disconnecting removes it and prevents the integration from being ready to sync.

Connection States

What you see	Meaning	Next step
Connect	No saved connection is available.	Ask an organization administrator to complete the connection.
Connected	The saved connection is ready for configuration and syncing.	Open the card to review configuration and schedule details.
Reconnect	OAuth access expired, was revoked, returned an error, or is missing required setup.	Reconnect with the authorized account for the same organization or tenant.

Deputy also requires a tenant endpoint. If the authorization completes without one, the card asks you to reconnect to finish setup.

Reconnect Safely

Confirm Scope

Check the active Bravas Sync organization and identify the exact provider organization or tenant.

Open Integrations

Select the affected provider card and choose Reconnect.

Authorize the Same Source

Verify Readiness

Return to Integrations and confirm the card says Connected. Check the next run rather than assuming authorization alone restored end-to-end syncing.

Contact Bravas if the correct account is unclear, the expected organization does not appear, or the card still asks for reconnection.
