User Fields writes selected workforce details to Mitti profile fields. First name, last name, and email are part of the Users sync and are always shown as built-in identity fields. User Fields depends on Users and is disabled initially. When the configuration has no saved field selection, every field supported by that source provider is selected.

Shared Settings

The controls are shared across all three providers, but the fields you can select depend on your source.

Fields to Sync

Default: Every field supported by the selected provider, unless a selection has already been saved. The User Fields sync itself starts disabled. Select the optional profile details that should stay aligned with your source system. Deselect fields that this integration should not manage. First Name, Last Name, and Email are shown as built-in identity fields and are handled by Users, not this optional selection. Selected fields can write or clear destination values. Deselecting a field stops this sync from managing it; it is not a request to delete the existing Mitti value. Review the selection before enabling User Fields.

Source-Specific Profile Fields

Default: Off.
  • Off: Job Title and Start Date use Mitti’s built-in fields where the source supports them.
  • On: Those supported fields use separate custom fields named for the provider, such as Job Title - EH and Start Date - Tanda.
Keep it off when one source owns the shared profile values. Use it when an approved workflow needs provider-specific values to coexist. Other selected fields keep their existing destination names. For Deputy, this switch affects Start Date only because Job Title is not offered. It does not unlock unsupported fields.

Fields by Provider

Employment Hero

  • Phone: Personal Mobile and Home Phone.
  • Work and dates: Job Title, Date of Birth, Start Date, and End Date.
  • Emergency contact: Name, Daytime Contact Number, After Hours Number, After Mobile Number, Relationship, and Type.
Source-specific mode uses Job Title - EH and Start Date - EH.

Tanda

  • Phone: Personal Mobile.
  • Work and dates: Job Title, Date of Birth, Start Date, and End Date.
  • Emergency contact: Name, Daytime Contact Number, and Relationship.
Home Phone, the other emergency-contact phone fields, and Emergency Contact Type are not offered. Source-specific mode uses Job Title - Tanda and Start Date - Tanda.

Deputy

  • Phone: Personal Mobile and Home Phone.
  • Dates: Date of Birth, Start Date, and End Date.
Job Title and emergency-contact fields are not offered because the current integration has no confirmed reliable source for them. Source-specific mode uses Start Date - Deputy only. Mitti field IDs and source-to-field mappings are maintained by the platform and Bravas. Custom fields are created or matched during the first applicable sync.
Profile fields can contain personal and emergency-contact information. Enable only fields approved for your organization and destination access model. Do not use screenshots or exports containing these values in support requests.
