| Sync type | A category of data processed together, such as Users or Group Memberships. |
| Run | One execution of one sync type. |
| Session | The related set of sync-type runs started for an integration. |
| Mapping | The stored link between a source record and its Mitti record. Mappings are maintained by the platform and Bravas. |
| Exclusion group | A selected source group whose group and related membership data is intentionally skipped. |
| Review Item | A recurring exception or warning that needs investigation or manual action. |
| Staged provisioning | A rule that places eligible future starters in onboarding groups before moving them to business-as-usual groups on their start date. |
| Organization timezone | The timezone used to interpret scheduled run hours and report windows. |
