Run Statuses
Completed describes the run lifecycle, not a guarantee that every record succeeded. Check Failed
and Out of Sync item counts.
Triggers
- Scheduled: started by the integration schedule.
- Manual: started by an authorized user.
- Webhook: started in response to an incoming provider event.
- Retry: started to repeat earlier work.
- Preview: a plan-only run. It shows what a sync would do and changes nothing.
Preview a Sync
Choose Preview on Syncs to see what a full sync would do before you run one. A client admin can start a preview at any time a sync is not running, including while automatic syncing is paused or a sync type is switched off: the preview plans every configured sync type as if it were on. A preview reads live data from your HR provider and Mitti through the same connections and rules as a real sync, then records the outcome without writing anything to either system or to the record links Bravas Sync keeps between them. Its runs are marked No changes made, appear in Run History with the Preview trigger, and never open Review Items or appear in reports. Latest preview lists each sync type with its planned counts. Open a sync type for its record-level detail: who would be added, updated, deactivated or removed, and which records would need review. Records held back by eligibility rules are counted rather than listed, as in a real sync.A preview is a plan, not a guarantee. Mitti can still reject a change when the sync runs, for
example when no licence seat is free, and data can change between the preview and the sync.

Narrow the List
Use the Type, Status, Trigger, Integration, and Date range filters.

Open the Detail
Select a row and check its trigger, start time, duration, and item count.

Follow the Phases
Read the Connect, Scan, Compare, Process, and Cleanup timeline. A failed run shows the last
phase reached.

Inspect Outcomes
Open a summary category or choose View all items for record-level detail. Use Load more
for older runs.
