Run Statuses
Completed describes the run lifecycle, not a guarantee that every record succeeded. Check Failed
and Out of Sync item counts.
Triggers
- Scheduled: started by the integration schedule.
- Manual: started by an authorized user.
- Webhook: started in response to an incoming provider event.
- Retry: started to repeat earlier work.
Read a Run

Narrow the List
Use the Type, Status, Trigger, Integration, and Date range filters.

Open the Detail
Select a row and check its trigger, start time, duration, and item count.

Follow the Phases
Read the Connect, Scan, Compare, Process, and Cleanup timeline. A failed run shows the last
phase reached.

Inspect Outcomes
Open a summary category or choose View all items for record-level detail. Use Load more
for older runs.
